Ozburn-Hessey Logistics was honored with client, Chef Solutions, as Top 10 Innovator in 2004.

Each year, Food Logistics Magazine identifies 10 companies in the supply chain management industry that are providing solutions to complex industry challenges for this prestigious award.

Kimberly-Clark

Warehouse Excellence Award – Best In Class

Lynn Fleshman, distribution analyst at Kimberly-Clark, visited Madison, Illinois to present the 2005 “Warehouse Excellence Award – Best in Class” to the OHL team.

The Kimberly-Clark warehouses are graded on picking and loading errors, damages, inventory accuracy, inbound and outbound on-time confirmation, and timely and accurate reports. Extra points are allotted for physical inventory accuracy above 99.9%.

Any operation which receives an annual score above 100% for the year receives a “Warehouse Excellence Award”. The highest score receives the “Best in Class” award. Our Kimberly-Clark team has received the “Warehouse Excellence Award” for three straight years and has received the “Best in Class” award for two of those years. This award was also received in 2004 and 2003.

Ozburn-Hessey Logistics is included in this year's Fast50 selection.  Business Tennessee assembled its second annual Business Tennessee Fast50 ranking of the fastest growing private companies in Tennessee.

Outstanding Service Award

Lanter Distributing, a division of Ozburn-Hessey Logistics, has been honored by Phillips-Van Heusen Corporation, one of the world’s largest apparel companies, for Outstanding Service including a 99.15% on time delivery rate for 2004. Lanter Distributing provides pool distribution services for PVH from Madison, IL and Nashville, TN.

Chef Solutions

Best in Class LTL/Pool Carrier of the Year Award

Lanter Distributing, a division of Ozburn-Hessey Logistics, was honored by Chef Solutions, a manufacturer of refrigerated prepared foods and bakery products, as LTL/Pool Carrier of the Year.

SYSCO

National Forward Warehouse Provider of the Year Award

The Fond du Lac, WI facility received the National Forward Warehouse Provider of the Year Award for a third consecutive year.  The Fond du Lac multi-client campus performance was the highest in both categories: customer received services and metrics. The relationship between SYSCO and Fond du Lac started in 1978, the length of partnership is not the norm in outsourced relationships in today's business environment. This award was also received in 2004 and 2003.
