Warehouse Excellence Award – Best In Class

2004, 2003 - The Kimberly-Clark warehouses are graded on picking and loading errors, damages, inventory accuracy, inbound and outbound on-time confirmation, and timely and accurate reports. Extra points are allotted for physical inventory accuracy above 99.9%.

Any operation which receives an annual score above 100% for the year receives a “Warehouse Excellence Award”. The highest score receives the “Best in Class” award. Our Kimberly-Clark team has received the “Warehouse Excellence Award” for three straight years and has received the “Best in Class” award for two of those years.

SYSCO

National Forward Warehouse Provider of the Year Award

2004, 2003 - The Fond du Lac, WI facility received the National Forward Warehouse Provider of the Year Award.  The Fond du Lac multi-client campus performance was the highest in both categories: customer received services and metrics.  The relationship between SYSCO and Fond du Lac started in 1978, the length of partnership is not the norm in outsourced relationships in today's business environment.

Excellence In Shipping Accuracy Award

2003 - The Fond du Lac, WI facility received a plaque recognizing excellence in shipping accuracy. The award reads: “SYSCO Corporation has recognized the efforts of the Ozburn-Hessey Logistics group for its excellence in shipping accuracy to our operating companies."

BRAVO! Award for Innovation, Resourcefulness, and Action in Service, Sales, and Savings

2003 -Ozburn-Hessey Logistics received a BEAN STOCK “BRAVO!” for outstanding commitment to the Starbucks partnership over the past four years. The award reads in part, "The hard work and dedication of your people provided our stores with superior service. Starbucks recognizes you for your can-do, success-oriented attitude."

Abbott Laboratories

Excellence Award for Outstanding Performance

2003, 2002 - Ozburn-Hessey Logistics was presented an Excellence Award for Outstanding Performance.  The award reads in part, "In Recognition Of Your Outstanding Performance In Inventory Accuracy, Quality Assurance, Consolidations And Damage Control 2002." Ozburn-Hessey Logistics was ranked number two of 49 outside distribution facilities nationwide.
