Anthony J. de Nicola
Anthony J. de Nicola is co-president of Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe (WCAS). de Nicola joined WCAS in 1994, and since 2000, has served on the firm’s Management Committee and subsequently its Executive Committee. He has led the firm’s investment activities in the information/business services industry and has been involved with some of the firm’s most successful and profitable investments. He serves on the board of directors for a number of the firm’s private and public companies, including OHL, New Asurion, Titan Outdoor, Local Insight Media, and Transfirst. He also serves on a number of non-profit boards including The Inner-City Scholarship Fund for the Archdiocese of New York, The Posse Foundation, Sacred Heart in Jersey City and Operation Healing Freedom. Previously, he served on the Board of Trustees and the Investment Committee of DePauw University.
de Nicola earned his BA degree from DePauw University, where he graduated summa cum laude with an economics major and a minor in computational mathematics. Mr. de Nicola also earned an MBA with distinction from the Harvard Business School.
