Michael E. Donovan

Mr. Donovan has served as a director of Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe (WCAS) since 2005, when he was appointed to the Board as a designee of WCAS.  Donovan joined WCAS in 2001 and is currently a Principal. In addition to serving on the board of directors for OHL, Donovan serves on the board of directors of Mobile Mini, Vision Logistics, United Surgical Partners and Onward Healthcare.  Prior to joining WCAS, Mr. Donovan worked at Windward Capital Partners and the investment banking division of Merrill Lynch.

Donovan graduated with a B.A. from Yale University in 1998.
