Raymond A. Ranelli

Mr. Ranelli joined Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe (WCAS) in 2009.  At WCAS, Mr. Ranelli is responsible for working with portfolio companies on financial and accounting issues as well as internal controls, and ensuring best practices on for the Audit Committees. He serves on the board of directors of OHL and began his relationship with WCAS in 1983 while serving as a Transaction Services Partner from PricewaterhouseCoopers. He retired from PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2003 where he was a partner for over 21 years, serving in several positions including Audit Partner, Transaction Services Partner, Managing Partner of the Washington D.C. Regional Offices and Vice Chairman and Global Leader of the Financial Advisory Services practice with operations in 20 countries.

Ranelli has served on the Audit Committees of several WCAS portfolio companies since 2003.
