Frank Eichler

Frank is responsible for contract administration, Human Resources, Marketing, Strategy, provides analysis, advice and counsel to the company on legal and policy issues and is also involved in OHL’s acquisition activities. He previously served as EVP and General Counsel for the company. Prior to joining OHL, Frank served as senior vice president and general counsel for Dex Media, Inc. in Englewood, Colorado where he was instrumental in taking the company public in July 2004 and selling the company to R.H. Donnelley in 2006. He also served as head of corporate development for Teletech and as general counsel for Media One Group in Englewood, Colorado. He directed these companies through multi-billion dollar acquisitions, mergers and divestitures. Frank and his wife reside in Shelbyville, Tennessee where they raise and show Tennessee Walking Horses. He earned his bachelor's, master's and JD degrees from the University of South Dakota.
